Here I am, Terri! Should I introduce myself?
Hello! I'm a friend from Iowa. We are a veteran homeschool family, having hs since 1992 officially - though my first child was born in '87. My oldest 2 are out on their own doing... good :o) I am longing to be "home" with my 2 teenage girls who are patiently waiting out transition in bedrooms of their own at grandma's house while my 3 little boys, husband and I wait it out in the camper. Or not...

9/8 still packing, getting a little stressed... Baby sis' wedding this weekend, have to be out of this house by next week and new house won't be done till Nov?
10/1 sick of STUFF, especially the stuff that you just saw a few minutes ago, but now that you need it, you can't find it anywhere... SO the story of my life these days!
10/3 thankful for the Verizon i-wireless card on Mark's work computer!
10/12 going to go to the garage to try to find something... Scary
10/16 enjoying the warmth and smell of the coffee, the warmth and smell of the camper furnace and the retreating smell of the gray tank as it empties. Thanks Mark!
10/20 lighting the oven. There's nothing warm about anything tonight :o( Even with the furnace on 70, 40 is cold in a camper. It's hoodies to bed for everyone!
10/22 glad Paul got the mouse out of the camper furnace.
10/24 still campering.
10/24 trying to get through all the little boys' schoolwork. Too many interruptions. Smokey got run over. Anyone need a kitten? There are several more. All colors!
10/25 trying to get everyone showered at grandma's and back out to the camper to bed.
10/27 happy the sheet-rock is getting hung.
10/29 glad for a warmer week! Upstairs is sheet-rocked!! Still no heat in the house. :o(
10/30 a little grumpy today... Can't find things I need, can't do things I need to do. Just tired of campering, ready for the adventure to be over...
11/3 taking deep breaths while we patiently wait...
11/3 opened the camper windows. gotta love fresh WARM fall air!
11/6 getting COLD! No camper windows open now. Going to a "house" tomorrow as freezing means no running water and I'm not feeling that rugged!!
11/7 wondering... What happened to "before the snow flies?" "A low of 33?" and "the line won't freeze if you keep a spicket open?"
