It was somewhere around the turn of the century. No, not THAT century, this last one..you know, Y2K and all that? Dh and I had just bought a new computer, he was working the night shift and the baby was asleep. I went looking for a party of Christians to chat with at Crosswalk.com. I wanted to see if Y2K would crash the party. It didn't.

I did get to meet some good people. Solid Christians. Homeschool mamas. Terri Camp. Yup, Ta-Dah Terri.

Fast forward...my 2yo is now ten and has a 3yo sister. We're a homeschool family and I give thanks for the encouragement from those days on Crosswalk and for so many homeschool sites since.

Ta-Dah Mom is special. Terri has a gift for encouraging homeschool moms and single moms, frazzled moms and moms that don't quite know which way is up. She just plain knows moms.

I'm glad to be part of this and I can't wait to see what develops. Thanks, Terri, for launching something super! Better get your SuperMom cape back from the cleaners...looks like you might need it yet.

Those are happy tears. They're the fun ones. Much better than the stub your toes over the toy fire truck kind. Huggs, Friend. I'm glad to be part of this thing. TA-Dah to you, whatever way you like to spell it.
